Fee Refund Policy
- Refund of Fee or Replacement
(Applicable only for Offline, Online & Recorded Courses)
In case a student is unable to continue classes due to unavoidable reasons, Physics by Fiziks may provide suitable alternatives or support as decided by the management. - Refund Eligibility
Students may avail the fee refund facility within the first 3 days from the commencement of the batch or course.
The refund amount will be processed after deducting:- Initial processing and admission charges of ₹3,000/-
- Study material charges (if applicable), in case hard copy study material has already been dispatched from the institute.
- Non-Refundable Courses
No refund shall be provided for:- Online Test Series
- Topic-wise Courses
- Correspondence Courses
However, the fee may be transferred to another course within 7 days in the case of pre-recorded or live batches, subject to management approval.
- Refund Request Process
Students must submit a written application to Physics by Fiziks Institute along with:- Bank account details
- Valid ID proof
- Refund Processing Timeline
After management approval and deduction of applicable charges, the refundable amount will be transferred to the student’s bank account within 7 working days. - Jurisdiction
All disputes and legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
