- Admission & Enrollment
Admission is confirmed only after submission of the completed registration form and payment of required fees. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application if found any discrepancies in the registration form.
- Fee Structure
Fees must be paid in advance as per the prescribed schedule.
Fees once paid are non-refundable but transferable in any other course.
Late payment may attract penalties or suspension from classes.
- Batch & Schedule
Batch timings and faculty allocation are subject to change.
The institute may reschedule or cancel classes due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Attendance & Discipline
Students must maintain regular attendance.
Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or termination.
Use of mobile phones during class may be restricted.
- Study Material
Study materials provided are for personal use only.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Performance & Results
The institute provides guidance but does not guarantee results or selection in any exam.
Student performance depends on individual effort and dedication.
- Refund Policy
No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.
In special cases, management discretion may apply.
- Leave & Doubt Sessions
Students should inform in advance for long absences.
Doubt sessions are scheduled separately and must be attended as per timing.
- Liability
The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Any damage caused by a student to institute property must be compensated.
- Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward faculty and peers.
Any form of harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Changes to Terms
The institute reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time.
Updated policies will be communicated to students.
- Publish the Result
The institute has sole authority to publish the result on its website, booklet and public hoarding. I have no objection on it.
